Promotional Sales & Final Sale Items

All items purchased using a discount code, promotional offer, or during a sale event are considered final sale. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or store credit will be provided on discounted items.

Single Card Sales

All single-card purchases are final sale. Singles cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, or cancelled for any reason, including condition concerns after delivery.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders cancelled before the product release date are subject to a 10% restocking fee when refunded to the original form of payment. Customers may cancel pre-orders for store credit at any time before release with no cancellation fee. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled during release week. No exceptions will be made. Release dates are determined by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.

Order Modification, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders for regularly priced items may be cancelled and refunded to the original form of payment only if they have not yet been processed, packed, or fulfilled. Once an order has entered processing or has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Approved refunds to the original form of payment may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processing charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on trading card game (TCG) products, sports cards, collectible card singles, opened products, products with manufacturer defects, or sealed products with minor cosmetic imperfections. For all other eligible merchandise, customers must contact Meeko Collectibles within 7 days of delivery to request return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Product Condition Disclaimer

Meeko Collectibles is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage to product packaging, including but not limited to shrink-wrap tears, dents, creases, scuffs, or imperfections that occur during manufacturing, distribution, or shipping. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for sealed products with damaged packaging where the contents remain intact. Carrier-related shipping delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Price Protection Policy

We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased during promotional or sale periods. If the price of a regularly priced item decreases before shipment, Meeko Collectibles may, at its sole discretion, provide the difference as store credit. No cash refunds will be issued for price differences.
